At our new homepage www.kalis-kinder.de, as of immediately you may obtain information about the local work in Dolalghat of the Kali Ma Foundation Nepal, Inc.. For all those who wish to be up-to-date about the actual activities of the foundation in Nepal we have set-up a newsletter system. You may subscribe now online on our homepage for receipt of the newsletter: www.kalis-kinder.com/newsletter.html. (Members and sponsors are registered already as receivers of our newsletter. You can change your [double] registration by a simple click on the link at the end of this newsletter.
It is easy to become a child sponsor and/or member
Up to now, we could receive your inquiries and applications only by post. Of course, this is still possible. To make it an easier procedure to become a child sponsor and/or member you may fill-in your applications now directly on the website and forward it to us per email. You will then receive your application back per post together with all relevant documents.

Volunteers from Switzerland
Since July of this year, we have been enjoying here in Dolalghat young volunteers from Switzerland. They study pedagogic education at the teachers' college in Zug in central Switzerland and will be teaching mathematics and English to our children during their 4 weeks stay here within their pedagogical development collaboration. Following the schools' request, they also offer advanced training in English to the teachers now.
A separate report will be published in our next newsletter.
School Support
Also this year, the Kali Ma Foundation Nepal, Inc. supported the schools in Dolalghat and surroundings with urgently needed school material such as books, pencils, erasers and more, at the beginning of the new school year.
